Karaoke Warehouse Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription service is not transferable and is only available in the continental United States.
2. Subscription service commences on the date you sign up for the Karaoke Warehouse subscription service and is valid for 6 or 12 months depending on the subscription duration chosen.
3. Your first order will be shipped at the next release date. For instance, January 2009 releases will ship in December 2009.
4. If Chartbusters or Pop Hits Monthly fails to release a disc every month throughout the subscription service, Karaoke Warehouse will continue to ship discs until a full 6 or 12 months of discs has been sent depending on the type of subscription.
5. Since Karaoke Warehouse does not control the release of Pop Hits Monthly or Chartbusters CD+G discs, Karaoke Warehouse cannot guarantee the estimated time of arrival of the discs. However, subscription discs will be the first to be shipped once they arrive in our warehouse.
6. There are no cancellations or refunds.
7. You must be at least eighteen years old and have a valid credit or debit card to be a member of the karaoke subscription service.
8. The half price UPS ground shipping offer is available only within the continental U.S. The full amount must be prepaid when signing up before your initial disc(s) are shipped. For example if shipping to your address monthly is $6, we will charge you ½ of that or $3 times 12 months or $36 for a total of $226 per subscription ($190 plus $36).
9. If you order more than one subscription from the same brand, you will receive a 5% additional discount for the second subscription or the third subscription.
10. Shipping charges are calculated based upon location in the continental U.S. Changes of shipping address may affect ship charges. The time it takes for a Karaoke Warehouse subscription disc to be delivered via UPS depends on several factors, including circumstances generally affecting service times of UPS (for example holidays and heavy mail usage times), Karaoke Warehouse makes no guarantees with respect to karaoke disc delivery times. Email notifications will alert you when your karaoke discs have been mailed.
