Gift Certificate Fine Print

  1. Purchased gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire one year from the date of issuance, which is the expiration date included on the gift certificate. This excludes promotional gift certificates such as Karaoke Kash.
  2. Gift certificates must be redeemed through the Karaoke Warehouse web site (http://www.karaokewh.com) or the Karaoke Jukebox retail store in Hilliard, OH toward the purchase of products listed on the Karaoke Warehouse website.
  3. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.
  4. Unless otherwise noted, any unused balance will remain in the gift certificate account and is not transferable. Unused balances may be applied toward future orders until the balance reaches zero or the gift certificate expires, whichever occurs first.
  5. If an order exceeds the amount of a gift certificate balance, any remaining balance must be paid with a credit card. The remaining portion can not be paid with COD.
  6. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
  7. Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
  8. Karaoke Warehouse is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
  9. Karaoke Warehouse reserves the right to close customer accounts and/or request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is used to make purchases on the Karaoke Warehouse websites or in the Karaoke Jukebox retail store.
  10. Karaoke Warehouse and its affiliates make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to gift certificates, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEMDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.
  11. Karaoke Warehouse reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, at our discretion, without advance notice.
